Item received damaged -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
Wrong item received (wrong color/wrong size/wrong model and etc.) -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date.
Incomplete item received -must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
Item not as described -must be reported within 7 days after the delivered date
*The delivered date will be following the tracking information on the tracking site **To entitle for a refund/replacement, video or picture evidence is needed to prove that the item matches the above conditions and please include the packaging label you have received from us.
Return policy Return only eligible while the item received is not as described from our website. The customer must report the case to us within 7 days after the delivered date. The returned item must be unopened. A full refund will be credited after we receive the item in good condition. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
